Install this app

Android — Chrome

1. Open the link above in Chrome.
2. Tap the ⋮ menu, top right.
3. Tap Add to Home screen, then Install.
4. It opens full screen, no address bar.

iPhone / iPad — Safari

1. Open the link in Safari (it will not install from Chrome on iOS).
2. Tap the Share button — the square with the arrow.
3. Scroll down, tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Windows — Edge or Chrome

1. Open the link.
2. Click the install icon in the address bar (a monitor with a down arrow), or open ⋯ → Apps → Install this site as an app.
3. Name it, click Install. It lands in the Start menu with its own window.

Mac — Chrome or Edge

1. Open the link.
2. Chrome: the install icon at the right of the address bar, or ⋮ → Cast, save and share → Install page as app.
3. Safari: File → Add to Dock.

What you get

A real window, your logo on the icon, and it opens at the last screen you were on. Signing works offline-tolerant — every field saves as you tap it, so a dropped signal does not lose an entry.
